This technology is relatively cheaper in terms of materials, but it can cost more in terms of labor.

According to the construction of the frame house, the panels of the required size are manufactured industrially, and thermal insulation is immediately incorporated into them. What are the disadvantages of a wooden frame house?

Before choosing a foundation, it is very important to calculate the weight of the structure correctly and then choose the required type of substrate based on it.

Wooden private house – which roofing to choose?
The same types of roofing are used for the construction of a wooden frame building as for brick and wooden houses. Depending on the construction of the roof, the roof can be an attic or built as a shelf or a multi-layered cloak. Two-level and attic roofs are especially popular in the construction of private residential houses. They are relatively easy to install. The roof of a wooden house must be suitable for the climate and resistant to wind and precipitation. When choosing a roofing material for a wooden frame house, the architectural features of the project must be taken into account – the slope of the roof, the service life of the material and the financing of the project.

The asbestos cement layer for painting is valid for up to 40 years, without additional treatment for up to 30 years. It is used for roofing with a slope of 25-45 °;
Steel cladding is used for roofs with a slope of 18-30 °. The lifespan of the material is up to 30 years.

The house must first choose a suitable construction site – with optimal soil and groundwater location, taking into account the location of all communication systems and the climatic properties of the soil. Labeling can then be carried out and suitable foundations laid. When installing a wooden frame on the base, two crowns are placed from the treated wood on which the wooden frame is mounted. When creating a metal frame, it is not necessary, because the construction of the frame and the outer wall of the wooden frame house is created. When installing walls, windows and doors are also created. This step is followed by insulation, if ready-made boards are not used during construction, which are simply covered with gypsum sheet during the internal cladding. When the frame of a wooden frame private house is assembled, internal partitions, floors and ceilings are created, as well as installations are created. Finally, the roof is installed and the interior and exterior trim is created.
